Every site team member holds applicable OSHA training cards, including but not limited to OSHA 10 Construction DOL Card and OSHA 30 Construction Safety DOL Card, demonstrating their knowledge in a range of trades while being backed by years of experience. Additionally, all employees participate in comprehensive training programs and continuing education, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry practices and safety protocols.
To equip our team for success, we provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, and resources at their disposal. Safety is paramount; our team performs daily Job Step Analyses (JSA) and engages in daily safety briefings to ensure that our projects are safe for them and for your property and clients.

We maintain a strict dress code to uphold our professional image. Our teams wears matching uniforms adorned with company logos, including safety vests, hard hats and steel toe boots which are mandatory at all sites. Jeans and other personal clothes are not permitted on our worksites, nor is smoking or the use of personal cellular phones, emphasizing our commitment to a polished and professional appearance. Our seasonally prepared uniforms are custom-made for our staff, featuring everything from UPF 50 shirts for sun protection to specialized cold-weather gear, ensuring our team is always equipped for diverse conditions.
